My work is rooted in one core principle: safety.

Safety in the body and Safety in the nervous system.

What does this look like:
Safety in relationships.
Safety in the choices we make for ourselves.

Many of the clients I work with live in a constant state of anxiety or stress, without realising that their nervous system has never learned what safety feels like.

Through counselling, coaching, hypnosis, and somatic-based practices, I help individuals gently reset and regulate their nervous system. This work allows the body to move out of survival mode and into a state of calm, clarity, and presence. From this place, real change becomes possible.

My approach focuses on developing self-trust, emotional awareness, and embodied mindfulness. Rather than forcing positive thinking, we work with the body to create safety from the inside out. This helps reduce anxiety, manage stress, and build resilience in daily life and relationships.

When the nervous system feels safe, the mind can finally rest, and alignment naturally follows.

Counselling

As Counsellor, my role is to walk beside you with understanding, compassion, and guidance. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can speak freely, explore your thoughts and emotions.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and challenges that may be holding you back and find practical ways to move forward. My goal is to help you build clarity, confidence, and the skills to create real, lasting change, so you can live with more balance, purpose, and peace.

In Somatic healing I works with the body to restore a sense of safety, balance, and regulation within the nervous system. Through gentle awareness, breathwork and embodied practices, I help clients release stored stress and trauma, calm anxiety, and reconnect with their body as a source of guidance, resilience, and lasting emotional healing.
