What Is Somatic Healing?

Somatic healing is a body-based approach that supports emotional and nervous system regulation through awareness of physical sensations, breath, and gentle movement. In this grounded and supportive space, I help you tune into the wisdom of your body to understand how stress, trauma, and emotions may be stored physically.

Rather than only talking through challenges, somatic healing works with the connection between mind and body to create deeper release and balance. I work alongside you to gently unwind tension, increase self-awareness, and restore a sense of safety and connection within yourself. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, past trauma, or feeling disconnected, somatic healing offers a grounded pathway toward integration and lasting wellbeing.

My Approach

Each session begins with a gentle conversation about what feels present for you. From there, I guide you into meditation and body-awareness practices that help quiet the mind and bring attention to the sensations within your body.

Through guided meditation, breathwork, and mindful awareness, we begin to identify where emotions may feel “stuck” — whether as tightness, heaviness, pressure, or discomfort. Instead of pushing these sensations away, I support you in safely staying present with them, allowing the body to process and release stored emotional energy at its own pace.

You remain fully aware and in control throughout the entire process. By combining meditation with somatic exploration, I help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, gently release emotional blocks, and restore a sense of balance, clarity, and inner calm. wellbeing.
